The trick is finding a good and easy chicken casserole recipe; we're here to help so here's one for a fantastically easy creamy chicken casserole.

  • 4 cans (5 ounces each) shredded chicken in water
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 box (6 ounces) chicken flavored stuffing
  • 7 American cheese slices
  • Handful of broccoli
  • Chicken seasoning
  • All-purpose seasoning
  • Pepper

Drain the chicken and place it in a buttered 9 x 13 covered dish. Sprinkle the chicken with pepper and seasonings to taste.

Mix the cream of chicken soup and half a soup can of milk. Pour this mixture over the chicken.

Fix stuffing according to the directions on the box and spoon it over the soup.

Sprinkle broccoli on top of the stuffing and arrange the slices of cheese to cover everything.
