Flank Steak

Summary: Are you wanting to spice up your traditional steak dinner? Then try this flank steak recipe that will leave your mouth watering for more.

Going out to a restaurant is always fun and you can usually order things that you may not be able to make yourself. One of the things that I think a lot of people order at restaurants is steak: sometimes a really good steak is hard to make on your own. If you don't want the hassle of trying to make your own perfect steak, ordering out is a tempting option. Don't give up on your steak making endeavors: try to make a different kind of steak and find success! Try making flank steak and you'll find yourself with the best tasting steak of your life.

To make flank steak, you'll need a few ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of flank steak
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of vinegar (balsamic vinegar is best)
  • 1 large clove of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger

The key to making delicious flank steak is to simply make a great marinade. You will have the flank steak marinate in a delicious sauce that will give it a remarkable flavor. That's what marinade is supposed to do—give the meat flavor! To make the marinade sauce, mix the soy sauce, the balsamic vinegar, the minced garlic, the sugar, the vegetable oil, and the ginger. Mix it together well and then place the flank steak in a large two-gallon bag. Put the marinating flank steak in the refrigerator and keep it there overnight. You also want to turn the marinating steak once while it is marinating. If you put the steak in the fridge early enough in the evening, then you can turn the steak once before you go to bed.

When the steak is finished marinating, you are ready to grill it! Take the steak out of the bag and put it on the grill. The grill should be heated up enough so you can cook the steak to your own specifications. If you're unsure about how to grill your steak, find someone who can grill steak. This steak recipe is one of the best ever! It's a wise idea to cook the steak so that it is more done on the outside edges and more rare on the inside of the steak. That way, when you're serving this to your friends and family, they can have what type of steak they prefer.

Flank steak is one of the best steak recipes out there, and now it's available for you! Just follow these simple directions and you'll be set—now go out and impress your friends and family with your amazing steak cooking skills!
