Meat loaf is kind of a bizarre food if you ask me. Seriously the terms "meat" and "loaf" don't necessarily seem to meld well together, but regardless meat loaf is a staple of American family food. Some meat loaf is amazing and some is . . . not. Many meat loaf recipes are passed down through families, but if you don't have a family recipe (or at least one that you like) or if you're looking for something new then here is a recipe to liven up your family dinners!
Mix all the ingredients together and mix it well. Put it into a loaf pan and cover in ketchup if you so desire. Bake at 350 degrees for a couple hours or until the middle is at 180 degrees. When it's finished, you can put more ketchup on top if you want. So simple and so good!
This is one of my favorite meat loaf recipes and one that never fails to impress me. Feel free to experiment according to what you like in a meat loaf and good luck with you meat loaf creating endeavors!
