The following is the transcript of the video:

Homemade bread is a staple of the holiday season.

Start by mixing 1 1/4 cup hot water and 2 1/4 teaspoon yeast. Set aside for five minutes, and get the rest of your ingredients together.

You're going to need:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of dough enhancer
  • 2 cups of white flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup of sugar

After you're done adding all the ingredients into the mixer, add your water and yeast. Mix for ten minutes. Once the dough is all mixed up, pull it out and start separating it for each container. Before you put the dough in though make sure you grease each loaf pan, or the dough will stick. Let the dough rise for about thirty minutes, until it's even with the top of the pan.

Place in the oven. Cook on 325 degrees Fahrenheit, for thirty minutes.

Now, this recipe will work for one serving loaf. But because we have put them in these smaller loaf trays, you'll actually get a lot more loaves you can give to your neighbors, and keep a few for yourself.
